Weather.com plug-in for HouseBot

PLEASE NOTE Weather.com have started charging for use of the xml feed, so this project has been abandoned and I am now using http://worldweatheronlinehb.codeplex.com

Project Description
This plug-in will parse the weather.com xml feed and display in HouseBot automation software.
